Kenneth T. Kunberger
serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of International Textile Group, a position he was named to in June 2014. Mr. Kunberger previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the company beginning in December 2011. Prior to that, he served three years as President of ITG Apparel & Specialty Fabrics Group and three years as President of the Burlington Worldwide division of ITG. Before the formation of ITG, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, of the Sportswear and Casualwear divisions of Burlington Industries from 1998 to 2002, as President of Burlington Industries Worldwide-North America division from 2002 to 2004, and as President of Burlington Industries’ Apparel Fabrics division in 2004.
Jeffrey H. Peck
is President of the Burlington Group. Previously he oversaw the Apparel and Specialty Fabrics division and was responsible for the worsted and specialty fabrics markets, a position he had held since January 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Peck was Executive Vice President for the Burlington Worldwide division of ITG, responsible for the synthetic and specialty fabrics apparel markets from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of the Burlington WorldWide operations in Asia and was based in Hong Kong for a two-year assignment. Prior to that, Mr. Peck served as Executive Vice President of the Burlington WorldWide division for Burlington Industries from 2001 to 2004.

Prior to assuming this position in April 2018, Mr. Richter held the position of CFO at Dayton Superior Corp., a building materials supplier to the concrete construction industry. He served in that capacity from 2011 to 2018. Previously, he was CFO of the North American holding of Ferrostaal AG, a German project developer for industrial plants and a provider of industrial services from 2008 to 2011. Between 2002 and 2008, Mr. Richter served as CFO of Southco, Inc., a manufacturer of fasteners and other engineered hardware products for the automotive, industrial machinery, and telecom industries. Early in his career, Mr. Richter worked with PTC Alliance Corp., Westfalia Separator, Inc., and Dresdner Bank AG.
Robert E. Garren
is Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications of the Company. Mr. Garren has been Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communication of ITG since its inception in August 2004. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications of Burlington Industries from 2003 to 2004 and as Director of Compensation and Benefits of Burlington Industries from 1998 to 2003.
