Created from the merger of Safety Components International and BST Safety Textiles, ITG Automotive Safety is a leading Tier 2 supplier to top automakers worldwide. Automotive Safety products include one-piece woven (OPW) airbags, airbag cushions and flat fabric for airbags. In addition the division produces seat belt webbing under the Narricot brand and narrow technical fabrics for a number of military and commercial uses under the Safety Components brand.

Established in 1891, cone Denim is a leading supplier of denim to top jeanswear and denim-related apparel brands. Through the years, the Cone brand has been synonymous with innovation, authenticity, quality and service offering unique products from vintage premium to mainstream denims.

Burlington WorldWide provides high style, high-performance solutions for leading brands of menswear, womenswear, activewear, cotton casuals, tailored, uniform and barrier products. Fabric initiatives include blended and performance synthetics, worsted wool, cottons and cotton-blends for a wide range of the world's most viable apparel markets.

Burlington Decorative thrives on innovation and styling to develop novelty as well as rich, classic designs. Our Burlington Contract Fabrics and Cone Jacquards brand products decorate homes, corporate offices, hotels and healthcare facilities around the world.

Known for flexibility, quick-turn and quality finishes, Carlisle Finishing is a North American based commission dyeing, printing and finishing operation for woven and non-woven fabrics supplying the apparel, uniform, specialty and interior decorative markets.
